About the Hospitality Manager (Or in French Culinary, Maître d'hôtel) position:

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager, You should possess an outgoing personality to make clients feel satisfied and comfortable. You will assist with guests’ enquiries and resolve any unsatisfaction. You will be required to plan and supervise operations on a daily basis. You should be able to assist and coordinate accordingly. Also, you should be a superstar when it comes to customer service! You will be responsible for every aspect of events, from choosing decor to evaluating success afterwards.

Event Coordinator responsibilities are:

  • Resolving complaints effectively

  • Acting as a communication hub between guests and team members

  • Providing reports to senior manager on the activities
